Of course, I would love to meet you and your fiancé over coffee (or tea) to discuss any details and chat about questions you may have during a free consultation at a local coffee shop of your choice here in Flagstaff.

We Are From Out Of Town, How Can Get In Touch?

Email, Facebook, Instagram, and text are all great forms of communication to get in touch and for me to get to know you better. P.s. I check my email through out the day!

How Can My Wedding Date Be Reserved?

A 25% retainer deposit (from the total of your wedding package of choice) and signed wedding contract agreement are both required to reserve your wedding date. Feel free to contact me for detailed information.

Where Are You Located? Do You Travel?

I’m based in Flagstaff, Arizona, and love traveling! I’m available for travel in Arizona and beyond; an additional travel fee will be applied for engagement/bridal sessions and weddings outside of the Flagstaff area. The fee will variety depending on milage and parking location. Send me a message so we can discuss more.

How Many Wedding Packages Do You Offer? What Do They Include?

Wedding pricing is listed under the Wedding Packages page. Packages are customizable for all your needs, budget, and special requests. Please contact me for more detailed information and additions ‘a la carte’.

How Do You Plan For Weddings?

Once contracted with the signed wedding agreement and retainer deposit, I will plan with you and your fiancé by first sending you a questionnaire to fill out. This will help me to create your wedding timeline to keep everything organized to make sure all of your photography expectations are met. We will also have a phone consultation to go over any questions and finalize the timeline. As a recommendtion/request, I ask all couples to have at least 1 hour (if not longer) open after the ceremony and before the reception for family photos, bridal party photos, and bride + groom photos. Unless we will be taking all formal photos prior to the ceremony.

How Many Final Images Will I Receive?

The amount of edited images depends on your package of choice. All the best selected images will be edited/retouched and uploaded onto your online gallery with a login password and PIN to download. Your wedding gallery will be available for one year and shamble with family and wedding gusts. Please contact me for wedding detailed info!

How Will I Receive My Final Images?

I have a new system for my clients to receive and view their images through an online private gallery called Pixieset. Your edited digital images will be uploaded on your private online gallery 6-8 weeks after your wedding date, and you will be emailed this link. This gallery allows easy access for ordering prints/canvases, downloading digital images, and sharing with friends & family. The password protected online gallery is included in all packages. For additional purchase your images can be on a USB with print release. I take my time to edit/retouch your final images for quality and never edit to make anyone look fake, but I do edit unwanted blemishes.

How Long Can I Access The Online Gallery?

Your online wedding gallery is available to download your digital images and order prints/canvases for 1 year. Feel free to share the gallery with family and wedding guests so they can look at all of the photos! After the 1 year mark, the gallery will be taken down. If you would like to extend the gallery or have it re-uploaded there is an additional fee.

What Is Your Turn Around For Edited Wedding Images?

You will receive your edited images 6-8 weeks after your wedding date via my email link to your password protected online gallery. However, around 1 week after your wedding date I will post a few sneak peeks on my Facebook page and Instagram!

How Do You Edit Your Images?

My editing style is natural, classic but pops of color and warm light, in which your edited images will look similar to the ones you see on my website which also fit my style and brand. All my images are edited similarly in tone, contrast, and exposure as you see online and on social media.

Can I Have Any Extra Unedited Images?

My photos represent my business brand and style in which I only give images that I have edited/retouched and do not give any unedited images to clients. The edited images reflect my brand and style as the photographer.

Do I Get Rights To The Final Images?

Upon signing the wedding contract agreement, you are given Julia Romano Photography release of usage rights. For an additional fee, you can purchase a USB w/ Print Release with all of your edited images for personal use only. This will allow you to print the final edited images (from anywhere) and use them personally in your home, sharing with family, and posting on social media. Julia Romano Photography retains the copyrights. Within your online gallery you can order top quality professional prints, canvases, and metal prints for your personal use and home.

What Forms Of Payment Do You Accept? When Are Payments Due?

Cash, check, money orders, PayPal, Venmo are all accepted. After I have received the 25% deposit, the remaining 75% can be paid in increments at any time, but must be paid in full at one month prior to your wedding date. This is stated in the wedding contract, which has the same terms for all clients. Because most of the work (questionnaire, planning, timeline, etc.) happens prior to and day-of this is a reason for the payment to be paid in full before the wedding date. Other wedding vendors and photographers have a similar payment requirement.

Are You Liability Insured?

Yes, I have general business liability insurance.

Where Can I View More Of Your Wedding And Engagement Photos?

Either on the blog or gallery, or on my social media pages (Facebook + Instagram)!

Do you Offer A Boudoir Session?

Yes I do! Please contact me to request pricing and view past boudoir photos examples, not shown on my website.

Do You Offer An Engagement Session? What’s included?

A complimentary engagement session is included in the all inclusive Platinum and Diamond Packages. The packages can be slightly discounted if you would like to remove the engagement session. However, taking your engagement pictures helps us to get to know each other better prior to your wedding day and you’ll feel better prepared! Engagement sessions include 1 location 1 hour session in Flagstaff, 1-2 outfits each, 60+ edited images on an online gallery for 60 days. Feel free to bring your four-legged fur babies along!

Can I Choose A Different Engagement Session Location?

Yes! A travel fee will be applied for engagement sessions outside of the Flagstaff area. I have pre-sought out location recommendations in Sedona, Prescott, Grand Canyon, and Phoenix/valley area.

What Do You Suggest To Wear For An Engagement Session?

I will send you info for outfit inspiration and suggested tips!

What Products Are Available? Where can I order prints?

High quality professional prints, canvases, and metal prints can be ordered directly within your online gallery in the Store section, it’s very simple! Custom wedding photo albums and USBs can be ordered upon request at any time. The album design processed is a full service creation by Julia and proof is sent to you to review. Many cover options and additions are available for the albums. Please see the product page or contact for all pricing details. I do not recommend printing centers such as Costco, Target, Walgreens, etc. as they cut down on quality and can make coloring look faded or odd. If you choose to print somewhere other than the online gallery store, I would recommend online printing but am unassisted/unaffiliated with any online printing company and cannot give specific recommendations as I’m not up-to-date with what is out there on the internet. It is not my responsibility if you choose to have your photos printed elsewhere, and is out of my hands if the quality or coloring is not up to standards. Clients are given freedom to print anywhere for personal use, but it is out of hands once your online gallery link with the images has been provided to you.
